This year I am writing a food column for Decor8 Blog, which will give me the opportunity to work on some great personal content. This month I created a Gingerbread Snack Cake for the post holiday season. Whilst my focus for shooting content for decor8 is on bright and uplifting images, some moodier light caught me off guard during the shoot which I just loved.
