At the end of last year I was lucky enough to shoot with my idol and one of the greatest food photographers, Helene Dujardin in Charleston, SC. We shot a few savoury dishes, including this Watercress, Pancetta + Goats Cheese Spaghetti! Yep, it is as good as it looks.
