My colleague Tessa Huff from Style Sweet came out with her Icing On The Cake Book. As part of the celebration, I got together with her to shoot some of the wonderful creations.
We shot: Mini Mocha Cakes, Orange Salted Honey Cake and Butterscotch Banana Cake.
A week later, I used her book to follow the tutorial for making Rose Cupcakes with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
