Apricot Pie & Triple Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Commissioned to write and cook the summer food column for Decor8 Blog, I put together this Apricot Pie and a Triple Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Apricot pie was my favourite type of fruit pie as a kid and I have fond memories of my mum making an apricot crumble for me and an apple crumble for my sister.

Salads For Rocket + Beet's Happy Body Program

I worked with Marissa from Rocket + Beets earlier this year to shoot some dishes for her Happy Body Program. 

We shot a Quinoa Salad and a Carrot and Radish salad as part of the reset healthy eating portion of her program. Shots are featured throughout her program booklet.
