Most photographers, or even just most people, LOVE black and white photography. It just has this way of making everything look incredible and allows us to focus on the story and emotion at hand.
As a food photographer, I've always been fascinated by that fact that food photography doesn't translate into black and white images. So I embarked on a personal project to shoot black and white food, or black and white food photography if you will!
What was interesting about this personal food photography project is that I really had to think differently about food and how it would look. Something that should be applied to all shoots really.
