Being a food photographer, I've shot a lot of different cuisines and styles of food.
Whilst I do like to eat fresh and healthy produce, I am a total sucker for a dessert after dinner.

But I love to shoot sweet foods more than savoury simply due to sugar. That sticky, shiny thing called sugar glistens in the sun and makes everything infinitely better.
