I was so excited to get my hands on white currants to shoot. They are so photogenic and something that I’ve seen on Instagram but haven’t been able to locate until I saw them at the farmer’s market here in Vancouver.

Lemon Meringue Wreaths Tarts
Lemon Tarts are one of my favourite things to shoot. They are a subject that makes me happy because of the sunny yellow filling. At holiday last year, I made little meringue wreaths, finished off with the culinary torch for a little toasted effect.
