Purple Vegetables
When moving to Canada, I was delighted by the produce at the farmer’s markets during the Spring and Summer. The purple peppers, onions, asparagus , chives and thai basil.
It was the purple peppers that first caught my eye. I knew I had to photograph it and create a pizza!
