Creating both hard and soft shadows with different lighting setups. Trying something a little different with adding colours via gels to the shadows. Perfecting and doing final retouching in Photoshop.
Hard light is currently trendy right now. Are you shooting hard light?
Donut holes are something I haven’t had a lot of experience with until I came to Canada. Was playing around with some artificial light. The size of these subjects vs the size of the light made this light so soft and pretty.
It has such an uplifting and calming feeling.
