Babovka Bundt Cake

Babovka is an Eastern European style cake. It was one of my late Mother-In-Law’s specialties. I have a slight obsession with bundt cakes (but let’s be honest, who doesn’t!). This is not the traditional shape for the Babovka, however, it is a shaped pan that I have always wanted in my collection.

This shape of bundt cake is the, kugelhopf - isn’t she beautiful!

Chocolate Swirl Cake

Playing around with this gorgeous chocolate swirl cake for a lighting test.

Using both soft and hard light to capture the different textures in this chocolate cake to reveal different moods. Shot here with a Nikkor 105mm macro and an 85mm portrait lens, two of my favourites.
