North America for me has always been synonymous with making s’mores. I mean, we toast marshmallows in Australia, but NA takes it to a whole other level.
From my time as a camp counsellor making s’mores, I was so excited to make them this summer camping for the first time since moving to Vancouver.
Taking it back to the kitchen in the winter, here is my take on s’mores brownies - Christmas style.
