For my first Thanksgiving in Canada, I wanted to ‘wow’ the family with a homemade pie.
One of my husband’s favourites is Pecan. I decided to test out this recipe by Food 52, and for a ‘test pie’ it came out pretty damn alright.
So I decided to explore the pie in various compositions and moods. When I am able to really explore a subject, I like to create different themes, moods and stories. This is something I teach in my advanced in-person workshops. Contact me for inquiries about upcoming workshops.
